During monsoon, the sight of nature is so alluring that it puts you in a no-cooking mood. You need recipes that are wholesome, healthy, and quick to cook so that you don’t have to spend time in the kitchen more than you wish to. Try these parathas for a complete meal.

Paneer Paratha

Either prepare paneer at home or buy from a grocery store, nothing beats paneer paratha paired with mixed pickle and raita.

Onion Paratha

Prepare a spicy mixture of sliced onions and stuff them into a dough ball. Roll it and roast it on a hot tawa until crispy. This goes well with mango pickles and buttermilk.

Dal Paratha

Have leftover dal from the afternoon? Add it to the flour with some spices and knead the dough. Make crispy paratha and dry aloo sabzi to have a complete meal.

Mix-Veg Paratha

Saute finely chopped or grated veggies of your choice, like carrot, cabbage, onion, and more. Stuff the spice mixture into dough balls and prepare crispy parathas.

Aloo Paratha

Whether monsoon, rainy, or summer, aloo paratha can be consumed in every weather. Make a chatpata mixture of potatoes and serve parathas with tomato-onion chutney.

Sattu Paratha

Since the weather turns humid during monsoon, sattu is a nutritious ingredient to add to your diet. You can use it to make sattu paratha and enjoy it with bhindi and pickles.

Ajwain Paratha

While kneading the dough, add carom seeds, red chilli powder, and salt to taste. Make crispy ajwain paratha to pair with aloo, bhindi, mix-veg, or any other dry sabzi.
