While Gujarat is known for its delicious snacks, the regional recipes include a few fulfilling parathas. You can carry some of these to accompany you on a trip. Know about different kinds of Gujarati parathas.
Prepared with bottle gourd, doodhi paratha is delicious and nutritious. It is commonly cooked in Gujarati homes and served with raita.
Atta and besan are kneaded with a few spices like coriander powder, red chillies, cumin seeds, ajwain, and turmeric. These can be your travel buddies.
