Wrap In Towel

Use a paper towel to store coriander leaves. It will absorb excess moisture and prevent the leaves from going bad.

You can add coriander leaves to an ice cube tray and freeze them with water. Whenever you want to garnish, defrost the cube, and use the leaves.
