Waffles are a breakfast delicacy that people of all ages enjoy eating. You can easily make it at home, using these simple tips.
While making the batter, do not over or under mix the wet and dry ingredients.
Use good amount of oil and butter so that the batter is non-stick.
Beat the egg yolks and egg white separately to get a nice, crispy waffle.
Milk and buttermilk can both be used to make waffles, but the latter is always a better option.
Do not keep peeking in the waffle-maker. Only open after the steam has stopped coming out.
Experiment with the toppings.Shuffle between sweet and savoury toppings.
