Healthy fats like those found in nuts, seeds, avocado, and olive oil are essential for hormone production and energy. Incorporate them into your diet in moderation.
Processed foods are often high in sugar, unhealthy fats, and calories, and can leave you feeling sluggish and unmotivated.
Drinking enough water is crucial for maintaining energy levels and preventing dehydration. Aim to drink at least eight glasses of water per day.
Ideally, you want to eat a meal containing carbohydrates and protein 2-3 hours before your workout to provide your body with the fuel it needs.
