Tea-based cocktails offer a unique twist, combining the aromatic flavours of tea with the zing of spirits and the freshness of seasonal ingredients. Whether you're lounging by the pool or hosting a backyard barbecue, these tea-infused cocktails can become your summer go-to!

Iced Tea Mojito

This has white rum, brewed mint tea, fresh mint leaves, lime juice, simple syrup and soda water. Muddle fresh mint leaves with lime juice and simple syrup in a glass. Add white rum and brewed mint tea. Stir well, then fill the glass with ice and top with soda water. 

Peach Tea Sangria

For this, you need Peach vodka, white wine, peach iced tea, peach slices, lemon slices, club soda. Combine peach vodka, white wine, and peach iced tea. Add sliced peaches and lemon slices. Refrigerate for at least an hour and top with a splash of club soda.

Green Tea Sangria

For this refreshing wonder, rim a glass with salt. In a shaker, combine tequila, green tea, lime juice, agave syrup, and triple sec. Shake well with ice, then strain into the prepared glass filled with ice. Garnish with a lime wheel.

Earl Grey Gin Fizz

In a shaker, combine gin, brewed Earl Grey tea, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white. Shake vigorously without ice (dry shake) to emulsify the egg white. Add ice and shake again. Strain into a glass and top with soda water. Garnish with a lemon twist.

Raspberry Arnold Palmer

All you need for this fun drink are Bourbon, raspberry iced tea, lemonade, fresh raspberries and lemon slices. Fill a glass with ice and add bourbon. Pour in raspberry iced tea and lemonade in equal parts. Stir gently to combine. Garnish with raspberries and lemon slices.

Chamomile Honey Bourbon Smash

In a glass, muddle fresh mint leaves with honey syrup and lemon juice. Add bourbon and brewed chamomile tea. Fill the glass with crushed ice and stir well. Garnish with a sprig of mint.

Hibiscus Paloma

Rim a glass with salt. In a shaker, combine tequila, cooled hibiscus tea, grapefruit juice, lime juice, and agave syrup. Shake well with ice, then strain into the prepared glass filled with ice. Top with club soda and garnish with a grapefruit slice.
