If you’re on a diet, it is not always that you can’t indulge in sweet treats. There are several sweet treats that are healthy and nutritious. These guilt-free sweets must be consumed in limited portions, that won’t help spoil your diet. Take a look at some of the healthy sweet treats:

This sweet treat can be prepared within minutes by dipping the frozen strawberries into melted dark chocolate and drizzling half a teaspoon of honey and enjoy this.

This delicious frozen pudding can be made at home by mixing chia seeds with almond milk, vanilla essence, handful of nuts and dry fruits, stevia or honey. Let it sit in the refrigerator overnight.

To make this, just mash ripe bananas and blend them with unsweetened dark chocolate, crushed roasted peanuts, honey/stevia. Make a smooth thick ice cream blend and freeze it to perfection.

This is a hearty delight. To make this sweet treat remove pits from the dates and fill them with roasted almonds and almond butter mixture, made with honey and kosher salt. Stuff these inside dates and enjoy this sweet treats.

Cut apple slices, layer it with unsweetened peanut butter, cinnamon and drizzle some honey. Bake it well and enjoy this dessert.
