In summer, you want to eat, but it should be lightweight and not require you to invest more time in the hot and humid kitchen. Here are a few delicious recommendations to satiate your hunger without making you feel like you are boiling in the heat and humidity of the kitchen.
Blend diced mangoes, coriander leaves, red onion, lime juice, and jalapeno in a food processor. Serve this tangy and fruity salsa with crispy tortilla chips.
If you have boiled chickpeas in the refrigerator, you don’t need anything else. Combine it with cucumber, red onion, cherry tomatoes, and feta cheese and serve.
Toast slices of bread and top them with salsa containing chopped tomatoes, onion, lemon juice, and fresh coriander leaves. Add some cheese and a drizzle of balsamic glaze.
Toss diced cucumber in a salad bowl along with chopped mint leaves, coriander leaves, lemon juice, and feta cheese. Add a drizzle of olive oil before serving.
Toast a few slices of bread and spread avocado on them along with a sprinkle of cheese and salt, cherry tomatoes, and cheese. You can add a poached egg to complete the dish.
Layer seasonal berries and yoghurt in a glass. Add chopped pieces of granola bar and top the parfait with grated chocolate. A healthy snack will be read in under 10 minutes.
Slice your favourite vegetables like cucumber, carrot, etc. Add a dollop of hummus on top and sprinkle red chilli powder and salt on top. Crumble feta cheese on top and enjoy.
