7 Stuffed Parathas You Must Relish This Winter

Winter is all about munching on stuffed parathas with white makkhan or butter on them. They are served with raita and mixed pickle making a lip-smacking and wholesome meal. Here are some you must try.

Mooli Paratha

Radish in winter is juicy and loaded with nutrients. This is the perfect season to enjoy mooli paratha with carrot pickles and bathua raita.

Aloo Paratha

There is no season for aloo paratha but they just taste more comforting during winter. Don’t forget to roast them in ghee or butter.

Matar Paratha

Nothing beats the subtle sweet notes of fresh peas in winter. You can saute them in a pan with spices and stuff them in a dough to make matar paratha.

Gobi Paratha

In winter, gobi or cauliflower is a healthy vegetable for consumption. You can grate it and make stuffed gobi parathas that pair well with boondi raita.

Mix Paratha
