Drinking warm beverages during the monsoon brings comforting relief from the rain's chill. When infused with aromatic spices such as cardamom and ginger, these drinks offer comfort, nourish the body and spirit and also offer respite from diseases such as scratch throats and the common cold.
A favourite in almost every home across the length and breadth of the country, Masala chai is a quintessential Indian tea infused with spices like cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, and ginger.
