Navratri is here and people are celebrating the festival with pomp and vigour. These nine days are dedicated to nine forms of Goddess Durga. Devotees observe fasts these nine days and sabudana emerge as the staple food during these period. It is one of the healthy ingredients that provides numerous health benefits. Sabudana Khichdi 

This is a classic vrat dish made by sauteing soaked sabudana with roasted peanuts, boiled potatoes, green chillies and spices. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot.

It is a deep fried snack made by mixing soaked sabudana with mashed potatoes, peanuts, green chillies and spices. Shape into patties and fry until golden brown.

A delightful dessert made by cooking sabudana in milk with sugar, cardamom and nuts until it thickens. Garnish with chopped pistachios and serve chilled.
