Weekdays are the most hectic when you have to work and manage 100 other tasks at hand. In the midst of everything, you don’t want to bury your head into thinking about what to cook for dinner. Here are some quick and easy ideas.
Prepare a delicious mix of quinoa and vegetables. Add soy sauce for flavour and fried eggs for protein. This is a better alternative to fried rice.
If you have tacos in the refrigerator, stuff them with sauteed shrimp, avocado spread, salsa, and freshly chopped lettuce.
Chop vegetables and shred the meat of your choice. On a high flame, toss noodles with vegetables, meat, soy sauce, and a few spices.
If you have parathas or tortilla wraps in the refrigerator, add sauteed vegetables or meat of your choice along with delicious spreads and enjoy a hearty meal.
Throw everything in a pot at once and cover it with a lid. Allow the past to cook and garnish it with fresh herbs and cheese.
On hot toast, apply garlic butter, add either guacamole or sliced avocado, sprinkle red chilli flakes, and top it with fried eggs.
Quickly toss cooked and shredded chicken with sauteed vegetables and fresh greens. Pour the delicious dressing and serve the salad.
