Paneer is a milk-based nutritious product that can be used in a variety of ways to cook finger food as well as creamy curries. It is easy to work with and allows you to explore a variety of options. Make these healthy snacks with them in summer.

Paneer Wrap

To make paneer wrap, grill paneer cubes after marinating them. Meanwhile, roast vegetables in the oven. Wrap all the ingredients, along with sauces, in a tortilla wrap and enjoy.

Paneer Stuffed Bell Peppers

Paneer stuffed is a healthy snack, appetizer, and side dish to be served with a main course. You can make paneer bhurji, stuff bell peppers, and cook them.

Paneer Salad

Grill fresh paneer cubes and toss them with some greens, cucumber, roasted chickpeas, and cherry tomatoes. Drizzle tangy dressing before digging into the salad.

Paneer Tikka

Instead of ordering from outside, you can make fresh paneer tikka at home. Marinate cubes of paneer, add to a skewer along with onion and capsicum slices and grill them.

Mash paneer with boiled potatoes. Add chopped onions, green chillies, black pepper powder, salt to taste, red chilli powder, and garam masala. Make patties and shallow fry cutlets.
