Talking about Indian snacks, most are fried. The process of frying even turns the undesirable foods into desirable ones. Snacks like pakoras, samosas and something that are enjoyed in the evening. However, eating too much fried food is not good for health. Thus, indulge in non-fried snacks to have a healthy and tasty snacky time. Take a look at some of them:

Makhana Bhel 

Makhana are one of the healthiest snack option. The bhel ca be made by simply roasting them with seasoning and enjoy the as dry snack.

Dhokla

This is one of the common breakfast available in the Gujarati households. It is made of gram flour (besan) cakes and often tempered with mustard seeds and curry leaves.

Chana Chat 

This is made of boiled chickpeas and a salad is made by mixing chopped veggies like cucumber, onions, carrots and seasoned with spices.

Khandvi

This is similar to dhokla,however, here thin rolls are made of gram flour and yoghurt and seasoned with mustard seeds and sesame seeds.
