In summer, people prefer to eat non-fried food, especially during the afternoon and evening. It helps with easy digestion and does not lead to a burning sensation in hot scorching heat. Here are some non-fried North Indian snacks that you must relish this season.
Prepared by grinding moong dal and cooking like dosa, moong dal chilla is nutritious and healthy to consume in summer.
Keep sprouts in your refrigerator always. You can use them to quickly make a bowl of refreshing and delicious salad by adding vegetables, chaat masala, and lemon juice.
Take slices of bread and remove the edges. Spread mayonnaise or fresh milk cream, sprinkle chaat masala, and add thin slices of cucumber. Enjoy this quick sandwich.
Boil a cup of corn kernels in water until all of them come to the surface. Add chaat masala, lemon juice, and a sprinkle of chilli powder before digging in.
