Everybody likes guilt-free snacking if they don’t have to compromise with the taste. Chips are an essential part of any party spread or evening snack, however, most of them are fried and contain a huge amount of salt. Here are a few non-fried options that you must try.
Toss bite-sized kale leaves in a baking tray along with a drizzle of olive oil, salt to taste, and nutritional yeast. After baking for 15 minutes, you can enjoy them.
Thinly slice beetroots and wash them thoroughly. After drying them, lay each piece on a baking tray and toss it with a small amount of olive oil and salt. Bake and enjoy.
Cut pita bread into small triangles. Toss the pieces in a bowl along with a tablespoon of olive oil, salt to taste, red chilli powder, and garlic powder. Bake these for 15 minutes and pair with tea.
Thinly slice zucchini and toss the pieces in a mixture of olive oil, black pepper, and salt. Bake for 1-2 hours or until the slices are crispy. Enjoy with sauce.
Using a sharp knife, thinly slice eggplants. Pick the long ones to make the process seamless. After tossing with olive oil and salt, sprinkle parmesan cheese and bake for 30 minutes.
In a bowl, mix chickpea flour, salt, olive oil, cumin powder, and water. Knead the dough and roll it into a thin sheet. Cut pieces and bake for 20 minutes.
Toss thinly sliced carrots with olive oil, paprika, sea salt, and black pepper. Bake these slices for 20-25 minutes or until they are crispy. Serve with yoghurt dip.
