Summer is the time when nobody likes to enter the kitchen let alone cook in a space that appears to be boiling. While you cannot escape cooking meals, you can certainly prepare no-cook Indian snacks that are a must-try in summer.
Prepare a tangy mixture of chopped tomatoes, basil leaves, and crumbled cheese. Top it with salt to taste, a pinch of black pepper, and balsamic dressing.
Toss sprouted moong in a bowl along with chopped onions, tomatoes, and cucumbers. Sprinkle chaat masala, lemon juice and red chilli powder before serving.
Fruit chaat is another no-cook snack that is healthy and hardly takes 10 minutes to prepare. Chop your favourite fruits and sprinkle chaat masala on the top.
If you have friends coming over, and you are in no mood to cook. Slice vegetables, like bell peppers, cucumber, and carrots, and serve them with yoghurt dip.
Mix puffed rice with chopped tomatoes, boiled potatoes, chopped onion, and coriander leaves. Drizzle lemon juice and chutney on top before serving this popular Indian snack.
Add dal or aloo in the microwave and heat it for a minute. Top it with finely chopped tomatoes and onions, and sprinkle red chilli powder before serving.
Boil corn kernels in the microwave. Meanwhile, combine chaat masala and lemon juice in a small bowl. Drizzle it on top of boiled corn and enjoy.
