Loaded with carbs and essential nutrients, sweet potato is a versatile root vegetable that makes an excellent ingredient to create healthy meals in a jiffy. With a hint of sweet flavour and earthy notes, this vegetable can help you improve your overall well-being without pushing you to compromise with taste.

In a jar, add boiled sweet potatoes, oatmeal, yoghurt, water, seeds of your choice, and masala mix for flavour. Leave it overnight or for 8 hours, and consume this hearty meal on the go.

In a pan saute diced sweet potatoes until they are soft. Repeat the process with vegetables or shredded meat. Bake everything along with whisked eggs and seasoning for 20 minutes.

Bake sweet potatoes until you can run a knife through them. Saute vegetables and keep scrambled eggs ready. Mash potatoes and fill them with vegetables and eggs.

All you have to do is boil or roast diced potatoes with salt to taste. On a plate, add potatoes and papdi and top them with curd, sweet and spicy chutneys, roasted peanuts, and sev.
