Make some delicious and healthy pudding at home in just a few minutes. These recipes are designed to be quick and simple to prepare. But it is important to make the preparations in advance.

Blend chia seed with the milk you prefer, like almond or coconut, honey or maple syrup, and a small amount of maple syrup. Mix it well and refrigerate it for two hours or overnight so that the chia seeds absorb the liquid. The end result- a creamy, delicious pudding.

Mash a ripe banana and mix it with a tablespoon of peanut butter. The banana will add natural sweetness, and the peanut butter will add a creamy and nutty flavour to the pudding.

Layer Greek yoghurt with fresh berries, and a handful of granolas, and drizzle some honey on top of it. Keep repeating the layers unless you get a stunning and delicious parfait. Top it with some strawberries.

Mix ripe mango chunks with coconut milk and some lime juice until smooth. This delightful treat is filled with bright tropical flavours.

Mix Greek yogurt with pumpkin puree from a can. Add maple syrup to increase the sweetness. Refrigerate it for at least an hour or more to allow it to set. Serve it cold.

Take a handful of mixed berries and mix it with oats and yogurt. The yogurt will soften the berries, then a teaspoon of honey or maple syrup to sweeten it. Set it aside for a while and then have it.
