Chia Seed Pudding

Blend chia seed with the milk you prefer, like almond or coconut, honey or maple syrup, and a small amount of maple syrup. Mix it well and refrigerate it for two hours or overnight so that the chia seeds absorb the liquid. The end result- a creamy, delicious pudding.
