As the sale of mangoes is flourishing in India, it is the best time to incorporate them into your diet. Summer season calls for making delicious smoothies using the king of fruits to enjoy cool and refreshing beverages while regulating the temperature of your body.
Combine large chunks of mangoes and berries like strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries in a blender. Pour a cup of almond, soy or full-fat milk and blend again.
Create delicious smoothies by blending coconut milk, a handful of spinach, diced mangoes, and bananas. Top it with crushed dried fruits before serving.
To make a rich glass of mango avocado smoothie, blend almond or full-fat milk with ripe avocado, mango chunks, and lemon juice. It contains healthy greens and fats.
To make this smoothie, create a smooth mixture of milk, pineapple, and diced mangoes. Before pouring the smoothie into a glass, top it with lemon zest for a tropical twist.
