7 Indian Chutneys That You Must Always Have In Your Fridge

If you have different kinds of chutneys in the refrigerator, half of your work in the kitchen is sorted. Whether you are serving a snack or making stuffed parathas for dinner, these chutneys are flavourful accompaniments. Here are a few recommendations for your refrigerator.

Onion Chutney

In a blender, combine onion, red chillies, salt, and tamarind pulp. Temper the chutney with curry leaves and mustard seeds to serve with South Indian food.

Coriander Chutney

Coriander chutney is a staple in every Indian home. The simplest recipe is to blend coriander leaves, mint leaves, lemon juice, salt, and green chillies.

Peanut Chutney

First, roast peanuts and blend them with garlic, green chillies, and salt. Temper with mustard seeds and serve with snacks. 

Red Chilli Chutney

Red chilli chutney is a delicious condiment to serve with idli and dosa. Make it by grinding salt, garlic, tamarind pulp, and dry red chillies.
