Animals are not just crucial to the ecosystem but also help humans sustain their lives. They provide many food products that keep the human race alive and running every day. Here is a list of foods that humans get from animals.
Lard and tallow are rendered fat that are extracted from red meat, mutton, and pigs. These are often used in baking, cooking, frying, and making soups.
Honey is sugar in its natural form which is produced by bees from the nectar of flowers. It is anti-inflammatory and good for skin, and overall well-being.

People started keeping animals like cows, buffaloes, and goats because they could produce milk, which was used to make ghee, butter, paneer, buttermilk, cream, and cheese.
