Spread a mixture of butter and Indian spices (such as garam masala, cumin, and turmeric) on slices of bread. Layer the bread with slices of paneer, tomato, onion, and fresh cilantro. Grill the sandwich until the bread is golden brown and crispy, and the cheese is melted.
Spread mint chutney or coriander chutney on slices of bread. Layer the bread with thinly sliced cucumber, tomato, onion, and bell peppers. Add a sprinkle of chaat masala for extra flavor and serve with a side of yogurt or raita for dipping.
Marinate boneless chicken breasts in tandoori masala, yoghurt, lemon juice, and garlic paste for at least 1 hour. Grill or roast the chicken until cooked through and slightly charred. Slice the chicken and assemble it on bread with lettuce, cucumber, and a dollop of mint yoghurt sauce.
Spread butter and green chutney on slices of bread. Layer the bread with thinly sliced boiled potatoes, cucumber, tomato, onion, and beetroot. Sprinkle chaat masala and sandwich masala for added flavour, and grill until golden and crispy.
Hard boil eggs and chop them finely. Mix the chopped eggs with mayonnaise, chopped green chilies, chopped onions, and chopped cilantro. Spread the egg salad on bread and top with lettuce leaves and sliced tomatoes.
Make homemade aloo tikki by mashing boiled potatoes with spices like cumin, coriander, chili powder, and salt. Shape into patties and shallow fry until golden brown. Place the aloo tikki between slices of bread along with sliced onions and tomatoes.
Prepare paneer bhurji by sautéing crumbled paneer with onions, tomatoes, green chilies, and spices such as turmeric, cumin, and coriander. Spread the paneer bhurji on slices of bread and top with chopped cilantro and a squeeze of lemon juice before sandwiching.
