Kathal curry with coconut milk, tomato, and onion gravy as the base is a must-try in summer for its creamy texture and umami flavours.
You can make jackfruit salad by cooking diced pieces and tossing them around with tomatoes, cucumber, lemon juice, red onions, salt, pepper, and olive oil.
Along with your favourite vegetables, like onion, bell peppers, ginger, and garlic, saute shredded jackfruit. Top it with toasted sesame seeds and serve.
