Yeast is a live culture that is utilised in baking, cooking, and brewing. However, not all yeasts are made equal. Each variety has unique qualities that are tailored to a certain use. While some yeasts can be used interchangeably if the recipe is modified, others are so dissimilar that they do not work for all purposes.

This one needs to be dissolved in a warm liquid to activate it. It shouldn't be exposed to hotter liquids than 43 degrees Celsius.
