Motichoor Laddo

Besan batter pearls are deep-fried, soaked in sugar syrup and binded into laddoos. 

Besan Halwa

Besan flour is roasted with rava and ghee and then flavoured with spiced sugar syrup to make a decadent dessert.

Magaj ke Laddoo

A dried mixture of ghee-roasted gram flour and granulated sugar is rolled into small balls to make a delicious sweet.
