As the summer hits, people search for hydrating, cool dishes and drinks to beat the summer heat. Yoghurt-based dishes are one of the best options, as they are rich in probiotics that aid digestion, making them the perfect food for summers.
Raita is a classic Indian side dish made with grated cucumber and yoghurt and garnished with toasted cumin seeds, fresh mint, and a squeeze of lemon juice.
Tzatziki is made from diced cucumbers mixed with a yoghurt base. A hint of garlic and fresh dill with lemon juice brightens up the flavours.
