Lassi

Popular in Punjab, lassi is a curd-based drink made by adding water and sugar to it. In this season, you can also add mango and other seasonal fruits to create variants.

Buttermilk

It is a classic beverage available across eateries in India. It is made by diluting curd in water and adding black salt, coriander leaves, mint leaves, and roasted cumin powder to it.

Aam Panna With Curd

Kesar Lassi
