Not all condiments need to be refrigerated to be kept fresh. For instance, ghee has been used for centures and it really does not need refrigeration; same goes for hot sauce and quite a few other condiments. So make a note of these sauces which don't really need freezing.

Honey

Honey is naturally resistant to bacteria and spoilage due to its low moisture content and acidic pH. It can be stored at room temperature in a cool, dry place for extended periods without spoiling.

Maple Syrup

Like honey, maple syrup has a low water content and high sugar concentration, making it resistant to microbial growth. It can be safely stored at room temperature in a sealed container.

Vinegar

Vinegar, particularly distilled white vinegar and apple cider vinegar, has antimicrobial properties due to its high acidity. It can be stored at room temperature indefinitely without spoiling.

Soy Sauce

Soy sauce is a fermented condiment with a high salt content, which acts as a natural preservative. It can be stored at room temperature for several months without refrigeration.

Hot sauce

Most commercially prepared hot sauces, such as Tabasco or Sriracha, contain vinegar and other preservatives that prevent spoilage. They can be safely stored at room temperature for several months.

Jam And Jelly

Unopened jars of jam and jelly have a high sugar content, which acts as a natural preservative. They can be stored in a cool, dark place for up to a year. Once opened, they should be refrigerated to maintain freshness.

English Mustard

Mustard is a condiment with a high acidity level due to the presence of vinegar or other acidic ingredients. This acidity helps prevent the growth of bacteria, allowing mustard to be stored at room temperature for extended periods.
