Fact: Even though egg yolks have high cholesterol content, eating them in moderation for other nutrients like protein is considered to be healthy, and for most people, it does not have a significant impact on blood sugar levels

Fact: Weight gain is more about overall calorie intake than the time of day you eat. However, eating late at night can disturb your sleep, which can indirectly lead to weight gain by affecting metabolism.

Fact: Not all fats are bad for your health. There are healthy fats, like avocados, nuts, and olive oil, that are essential for heart health, brain function, and nutrient absorption.
