Shingara 

This is a Bengali-style samosas filled with spiced potatoes, peas, and sometimes even cauliflower. Shingaras are best when served hot and crispy.  

Telebhaja

These deep-fried fritters include a variety of ingredients like beguni (batter-fried eggplant), alur chop (potato fritters), and phuluri (lentil fritters). They are crunchy, savoury snacks perfect for a quick bite. 

Mughlai Porotha

A flaky, stuffed paratha filled with spiced mashed potatoes or minced vegetables, served with a tangy chutney or sauce. This one is Pujo special. 

Ghugni

A hearty, spicy snack made from dried yellow peas, cooked with spices and served with chopped onions, green chillies, and tamarind chutney. 

Phuchka
