No matter what the season is, Bengali bhajas are amazing snacks to serve guests or relish with tea or meals. If you are a non-Bengali, you must try these bhajas for a comforting and flavourful indulgence.

Aloo Bhaja

Thin slices of potatoes are fried until they turn golden brown and often served with rice and dal. You can also consume them as a standalone snack.

Daler Bora

Made from masoor or chana dal, these fritters are crispy and pair well with your evening tea. The coarse paste of lentils contains spices that make the bhajas flavour bombs.
