For a healthier breakfast, you can add some chopped dry fruits like cranberries, raisins, and almonds to your bowl of oats. They will give your oats a naturally sweet flavour as well as a crunch in every spoon.

Even though salads are healthy as is, you can make them healthier by adding dried fruits like figs and mangoes. Apart from adding the nutrient value, they will be the perfect chewy addition to a crispy bowl of salad.
