If you are craving comfort in food, you don’t have to look beyond instant noodles and eggs. It is a perfect combination that can be prepared in less than 15 minutes, and you will have a satisfying meal on the table in no time.
2 packs of Maggi 1 tsp ginger, garlic 2 cups water ½ cup chopped capsicum ½ cup chopped carrot 2 tbsp coriander leaves 2 tsp tomato sauce 2 tbsp butter Salt to taste ¼ tsp turmeric ½ tsp red chilli powder 1 chopped onion Maggi seasoning
Chop all the vegetables and keep them ready.
Melt butter in a wok and saute vegetables in it.
Add salt to taste and maggi into the pan along with seasonings and spices.
While the Maggi cooks, whisk eggs in a bowl.
Let the ingredients cook until the eggs harden a bit.
Serve a warming bowl of egg maggi and enjoy.
