This winter season, you must prepare instant radish pickles. It pairs well with stuffed parathas, wholesome meals, and even snacks. If you have not tried the recipe, follow this guide.
500 grams radish 1 tsp red chilli powder 80 grams of green chillies 1.5 tsp fennel seeds ¼ tsp vinegar ½ tsp turmeric ½ tsp methi dana 1.5 tsp mustard seeds 50 grams ginger ¼ tsp hing ½ cup mustard oil Salt to taste
Wash and peel radish. Cut them into thick sticks. Wash green chillies and slit them.
After washing ginger, cut it into thin slices.
Take a bowl and combine the vegetables with salt.
Add vinegar to veggies to extend their shelf life.
Heat mustard oil and roast spices in it.
Pour the tempering on the vegetables and store them in an airtight jar.
