Making yoghurt at home is a hassle-free task. It is even healthier and more nutritious than the packet you buy from the market. Here is a quick guide for you to make creamy curd at home.
1 tbsp curd culture ½ litre milk
Heat milk in a heavy-bottom pan.
Let it sit until its temperature drops to 43°C.
Line the pot with curd culture.
Pour the milk into the clay pot.
Let it sit for 6-8 hours in a humid spot.
Refrigerate the yoghurt and enjoy!
