Ingredients

2 cups water 1 cup white peas 1 tsp cumin, salt 2 chopped tomatoes 2 chopped green chillies 1 chopped potato A pinch of hing 1 tbsp oil, lemon juice 1 chopped onion ½ tsp turmeric, garam masala 1 tbsp coriander leaves 1 tsp red chilli powder 1 tsp ginger-garlic

Step 1

Soak white peas overnight and boil them in the pressure cooker.

Step 2

Chop onions, tomatoes, green chillies, coriander leaves, ginger, garlic, and potatoes.

Step 3

Roast spices in hot oil and pour matar and veggies on them.

Step 4

Cook the ingredients together for 5-8 minutes and turn off the flame.

Add lemon juice and stir the matar chaat.
