Do you wonder how to make soft ragi roti? Often people want to include millet in their diet but struggle to make soft chapati, which is an easier job if you are using wheat flour. Here is your guide to making fluffy delight using ragi.
Ghee as needed 1 cup water 1 cup ragi flour 2 tbsp dry ragi flour
Heat water in a pan but don’t let it boil.
Add ragi flour to the pan and mix it well.
Cover the pan for 10 minutes.
Knead the dough and keep it aside for 5 minutes.
Break a small sphere, roll it, and shape it into a thin roti.
Apply ghee to roti and enjoy it with dal or sabzi.
