Poha without onion might seem like an impossible snack or breakfast option, but it can be delicious and nutritious if you use seasonal vegetables. You can enjoy this delight every day or pack it for lunch.
½ cup shredded cabbage 2 cup poha ½ cup carrot ½ cup peas ½ cup chopped potatoes ½ tsp mustard seeds 1 tsp turmeric 2 chopped chillies Salt to taste ½ tsp red chilli powder 1 tbsp oil
Heat oil in a kadhai and add mustard seeds to it.
Drop in chopped vegetables and saute them until they are soft.
Add turmeric and red chilli powder along with slit or chopped green chillies.
Once turmeric is cooked, add poha to the kadhai.
Toss everything together and sprinkle salt to taste. Add a splash of water and cook the ingredients.
After 5 minutes, serve poha, top it with bhujia, and enjoy.
