Pizza dough without eggs seems like a big ask, especially when you want to make the most popular Italian delight at home. But with this recipe, you will be able to make restaurant-style pizza at home with minimal hassle.
5-7 grams of yeast 1.25 cups of warm water 1 tbsp sugar 2 tbsp olive oil 3.5 cups maida 1 tsp salt Cornmeal for dusting
Whisk warm water and sugar together. Add yeast, cover the bowl, and keep it aside for 5 minutes.
Add olive oil, salt, and flour to the bowl and gently combine the ingredients.
Knead the dough for 5 minutes in the bowl, and again for 5 minutes on a flat surface.
Preheat the oven and keep the dough inside it for the rise.
Once the dough doubles in size in 60-90 minutes, knead it and let it side for 30 more minutes.
Punch the dough and divide it into sections. Shape it like pizza and dust cornmeal before baking it with cheese, spread, and toppings.
