Ghee is one of the most potent ingredients in your kitchen, especially if it has been extracted at home. It is rich in healthy fats, vitamins, and other essential nutrients like butyric acid and conjugated linoleic acid. Here is how you can make it at home with butter.
250 grams of unsalted butter
Use a saucepan to melt the butter.
Keep the flame medium-low.
In 5 minutes, the foam will start developing.
Once the foam starts residing, milk solids will start settling at the base.
Let the ghee sit for a while, and strain it through a steel sieve.
Store ghee in a clean jar and use it.
