Garlic chutney amplifies the flavours of any finger food. It adds earthy notes along with an oomph that makes indulgence a treat for taste buds. If you are looking for a recipe, try this one.
1 tomato 6-8 cloves of garlic 1 onion 20 grams of coriander leaves Salt to taste 2 tbsp olive oil 2 green chillies ¼ tsp chaat masala ½ tsp roasted cumin
Dice tomato and onion and drop them in the blender.
Add coriander leaves, green chillies, and garlic to the grinder.
Sprinkle salt, chaat masala, and roasted cumin powder.
Add a dash of water and blend ingredients.
Add olive oil for a smooth consistency and blend again.
Serve garlic chutney with your favourite snacks.
