2 tbsp milk 2 large eggs 2 cups maida ¾ tsp salt
Whisk eggs with milk and salt.
Add this mixture to maida and knead the dough.
Roll a small portion of the dough into a thin sheet.
Slice the dough into thin strings.
Immediately add these strings to water and let them cook.
After 2-3 minutes, egg noodles will be cooked and can be tossed with any sauce.
