2 cardamoms 2 cups water 1 cup milk 1-inch cinnamon 3 tsp sugar 2 tsp tea leaves 2 cloves 1-inch grated ginger
Use a mortar and pestle to crush cardamom, ginger, and cloves.
Heat water in a pan and add the crushed spices and herbs.
Before the water is about to boil, add tea leaves and sugar.
Pour milk into the pan and let the ingredients simmer.
Tea will come to a boil in 3-4 minutes.
Sieve the tea into a cup or kulhad and enjoy.
