Spiced buttermilk is the best beverage to relish for lunch during summer. It is delicious, rich in probiotics, and hydrating. Moreover, it complements the Indian meal. Instead of purchasing it from the market, here is how you can make it at home in under 5 minutes.
¼ cup mint leaves ¾ cups curd ½ tsp black pepper 1 tbsp coriander leaves ½-inch ginger ¾ tsp cumin powder ¼ tsp salt ⅓ tsp black salt 1.75 cups chilled water ½ tsp chaat masala
Mince ginger and roughly chop coriander and mint leaves.
Take a pitcher and mix water and curd. Mix to prepare a smooth concoction.
Add ginger, pepper, salt, black salt, and chaat masala.
Mix ingredients again and top the buttermilk with coriander and mint leaves.
Store the beverage in the refrigerator.
Enjoy buttermilk chilled with lunch.
