From sesame noodles to noodle salad, the noodles are spruced up with a variety of sauces and quick to make for your lunchbox.
Take some juliennes of carrot, broccoli and baby corn and throw them in soy sauce, chilli sauce and tomato sauce. Add tofu and Thai basil and garnish the noodles with peanuts.
Not too saucy and spicy, these noodles are stir-fried in sesame oil and loaded with vegetables like carrots. Cooked in a light teriyaki sauce, the noodles are non-greasy.
A refreshing noodle salad is a great summer option for your lunchbox. Made with flat rice noodles and flavoured with Thai basil, it is garnished with maple-flavoured cashews.
Hot and spicy, these noodles are tossed in a spicy chilli paste, along with garlic, chilli oil and schezwan sauce. Spring onions are sprinkled to finish the dish.
Made with minimum ingredients, take your favourite vegetables, some eggs and noodles and your lunch is sorted. Topped with fried egg, the noodles are filled with crunchy veggies.
If you’re looking for a desi-Chinese option, these Schezwan noodles will work wonders. Toss veggies in the hot sauce, throw in your noodles and it’s ready.
