Sugarcane juice extracted from sturdy stalks of the sugarcane plant, has been cherished long in many cultures for its refreshing and numerous health benefits. It is packed with essential nutrients which makes it a natural elixir that offers a range of advantages. However, there are side effects of excessive consumption of sugar cane juice as well. It has high-water content. Sugarcane juice is an excellent way to stay hydrated, especially in hot climates or after vigorous exercise.

Sugarcane juice is laden with sugars which can lead to spikes in blood sugar levels, making it unsuitable for individuals with diabetes or those watching their sugar intake
Despite being a liquid, sugarcane juice is calorie dense, which may contribute to weight gain if consumed excessively.
Unhygienic extraction methods or improper storage can lead to contamination with bacteria or other pathogens, posing a risk of foodborne illness.
