Calcium is considered one of the building blocks of the human body and is necessary to build bones and make them strong and healthy. The main source of calcium is dairy products like milk, but there are several other non-dairy products that can provide calcium especially to the vegans. Take a look:

Dried Fig 

Figs are one of the most nutritious and delicious fruit that can be enjoyed individually or with other dried fruits. Apart from calcium, dried figs are rich in fibre and antioxidants.

Almonds 

They are packed with calorie content and make up healthy snacking delight. A couple of them can be consumed in the morning.
