This raita is made of grated bottle gourd mixed with creamy yoghurt, which is seasoned with roasted cumin, salt and chopped coriander and mint. It is a refreshing accompaniment to spicy main dishes.
This is a comforting dish that combines bottle gourd with protein rich chana dal. They are cooked together with aromatic spices like cumin, turmeric, and coriander. It is a nutritious option, perfect for a summer meal.
