6 Homemade Drinks To Manage PCOS Naturally

PCOS is a hormonal disorder that affects many women. Along with medical science, healthy diet and lifestyle, certain homemade drinks can help manage PCOS. Here are 6 such options.

Spearmint Tea

Brew fresh spearmint leaves in hot water and let it steep for 5-10 minutes. It has been found to reduce androgen levels, which can be beneficial for PCOS.

Ginger Lemon Water

Add a few slices of fresh ginger and lemon to a jug of water and let it infuse overnight. Strain and drink it first thing in the morning.

Fenugreek Water

Soak one teaspoon of fenugreek seeds in a glass of water overnight. Strain the water and drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 

Aloevera Juice

Mix two tablespoons of fresh aloe vera gel with a glass of water and a squeeze of lemon juice.
